Ian Edginton is a New York Times bestselling author and multiple Eisner Award nominee.
His recent titles include STICKLEBACK, AMPNEY CRUCIS INVESTIGATES, RED SEAS and BRASS SUN for 2000AD, DEAD SPACE: LIBERATION for Titan Books and the audio adventure TORCHWOOD: ARMY OF ONE for the BBC.
He has adapted books by best-selling novelists Robert Muchamore (CHERUBS), and Children’s Laureate Malorie Blackman (NOUGHTS & CROSSES). In addition he has adapted the complete canon of Sir Arthur Conan Doyle’s Sherlock Holmes novels, as well writing several volumes of Holmes apocrypha, THE VICTORIAN UNDEAD. He has also adapted and written several sequels to H.G. Wells, THE WAR OF THE WORLDS.
He is currently working on graphic novel biographies of the performer & civil rights activist Josephine Baker, the photographer Lee Miller and the creator-owned title THE HINTERKIND, for DC/Vertigo which debuts this Autumn. He lives and works in England.
