Table Booking

Table registration for 2013′s Thought Bubble convention is now closed!

Tables sold out in record time this year, and we’d like to thank everyone who booked with us.

If you would like to be added to our reserves/cancellations list, please fill in the form below, general exhibitor enquiries can be sent to us via email.

The convention will last two days (from 23rd – 24th November) with 300 exhibitor tables spread across two halls.

New Dock Hall

New Dock Hall will hold 200 exhibitor tables.

Royal Armouries Hall

Royal Armouries Hall will hold 100 exhibitor tables.

Tables

Each table is approximately 6ftx2ft, please bring a clean tablecloth with you to cover your exhibition space.

Table Placement

If you require specific table placement within the hall (e.g. against a wall, close to a power socket, corner table) please state this clearly on your order form.

Passes

Each table booked comes with two exhibitor passes (and one extra pass per table booked thereafter), if you require additional passes please make sure to purchase these in advance.

Chairs

Each table comes with two chairs as standard, if you require additional chairs (free) please state this on your order form.
