Table registration for 2012′s convention is now closed.
The convention will last two days from 17th – 18th November, with 300 exhibition tables spread across two halls.

Saviles Hall
Saviles Hall will hold 200 exhibitor tables.
Royal Armouries Hall
Royal Armouries Hall will hold 100 exhibitor tables.
Tables
Each table is approximately 6ftx2ft, please bring a clean tablecloth with you to cover your exhibition space.
Table Placement
If you require specific table placement within the hall (e.g. against a wall, close to a power socket, corner table) please state this clearly on your order form.
Passes
Each table comes with two exhibitor passes, if you require additional passes please make sure to purchase these in advance.
Chairs
Each table comes with two chairs as standard, if you require additional chairs (free) please state this on your order form.
